What's a festival without food?! For some, the Festival is about kabobs, corn dogs, souvlaki, Philly steaks, soft ice cream and curly fries. Then, there are the gourmet artisan stands, featuring local restauranteurs with menus complete with tri-tip and artichokes, calamari, pulled pork sandwiches and veggie wraps.
